Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Nightshift website, services, and marketplace. Have qualified legal counsel review this document before relying on it in production.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not use the service if you are prohibited by law from doing so.
2. Marketplace rules
When you post, accept, or perform jobs, you agree to follow the platform’s job and payment rules, including any requirements for evidence, dispute handling, and communications. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Prohibited conduct
You will not misuse the service, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with other users, scraping private data without authorization, or using the platform to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Some features require paid subscriptions (for example, developer licensing or storefront tiers). Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe according to the prices shown at purchase and your selected plan. Taxes, if any, are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
5. Intellectual property
Nightshift and its licensors retain all rights in the service, including software, branding, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, Nightshift grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nightshift disclaims implied warranties where allowable. Nightshift does not guarantee outcomes (including job volume, earnings, or lead generation).
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the platform, users, or third parties.
